Water Management. Aragon

Citizens, as well as through their political representatives can participate in water management-individually or through economic and professional organizations, as appropriate, in decision-making or advisory bodies as the Higher Council of Water and created within the Basin Organizations. They can become User Communities, a long tradition in our country.
