Desde el jueves, un manto de nieve cubre la Sierra de Albarracín. Hasta entonces dominaba el color amarillo-ocre de los rebollares y marojales, entre el verde de pinos y sabinas. Las escasas notas de color las ofrecían algunos romeros con sus flores azules en las solanas, y los colores de los frutos de majuelos, zarzas y endrinos en lindes y ribazos.

Otro lugar de interés paisajístico especial es el BARRANCO DE LIGROS, donde, junto a la belleza del paisaje típico del rodeno, puede encontrarse una singular riqueza botánica, pues están representadas las tres especies de pinos de la sierra de Albarracín, todas las quercineas y un sin fín de plantas.
FAUNA: Los jabalíes han comenzado el periodo de celo y las actitudes de cortejo nupcial. La migración de las aves permiten observar la llegada de tordejas, y se han llegado a ver bandos de grullas dirigiéndose a su lugar de invernada en Extremadura.
