Paisaje invernal con fuertes heladas y temperaturas inferiores a los siete grados bajo cero. Se observan rebrotes de primavera en almeces y tilos. La flor del "Petrocoptu Guarensis" se seca para aguantar el paso de las nevadas y renacer la próxima primavera. Hay maduros frutos de encinas, madroños, quejigos y enebros.
Los buitres leonados están incubando, y en celo el halcón peregrino y el águila real. Se observan garzas reales y ánades reales en un tramo del río de San Martín. Siete garzas reales han sido vistas pescando en el Alcanadre.
