El paisaje de Guara se muestra seco y frío, con matices verdes en los cultivos. A unos novecientos metros de altitud, aún es posible encontrar flores de quitameriendas. El fruto de la época es el escaramujo.
Se observa el paso abundante de ratonero común, cuyos ejemplares se quedan en la zona de Guara para cazar. El águila real, por su parte, ha entrado en periodo de celo, y la perdicera comienza las paradas nupciales. También se aprecia el paso de jilguero y verderones, y se ven ejemplares juveniles de piquituertos y camachuelos. En cuanto a los mamíferos, la ardilla común ha iniciado el periodo de gestación.
