Comienzan a dibujarse pinceladas otoñales en el paisaje del Parque, marcado por la recolección de la almendra y la vendimia. Como ha llovido poco, no se prevé una buena temporada de setas. Algunas variedades de chopo y de olmo anuncian el cambio estacional y comienzan a perder las primeras hojas. Abundan las moras y las bellotas, pero aún no está maduro el fruto de la alborcera -madroño-.
Desde el 15 de septiembre, el centro de interpretación del Parque sólo está abierto durante los fines de semana.
