Termes or termites are ant-like insects, and there are about 1,500 species.
Their social organization is highly developed and they build colonies in large nests or termites, which can house up to one million individuals.
There are several types of termite mounds, from which they are built on the ground, inside tree trunks or formed by mounds up to 9 meters high. Its interior is perfectly organized.
There are different kinds of individuals; the nymphs or young termites and the castes of sterile workers and soldiers.
Reproduction is carried out by a single couple in each termite mound, enclosed in the royal chamber where the fertile female develops a huge abdomen full of roe that she continuously places.
Termes feed on plant cellulose contained in the wood they digest thanks to protozoa that live in their intestines.
Winged fertile individuals leave the nests on certain occasions and mate to form new colonies. After mating the wings come off.
Termite development has a special type metamorphosis.
The fertile female or queen lays eggs that originate nymphs, which can develop sexed individuals, workers and soldiers.
A small presentation of the diversity of the insects could be the following:

Also Aragon enjoys a diverse and varied Nature where passing by plants, animals, Geology, or landscapes we can arrive at a fantastic bestiary that lives in its monuments.
The information will not be complete without a stroll by its three provinces, with shutdown in some of its spectacular landscapes like Ordesa, the Moncayo, Monegros or by opposition the Ebro.
Also you can dedicarte to the intangible ones: from the legend compilation that also does to universal Aragon.
